1. Prepaid Credits
Due to the direct compute costs incurred with upstream GPU providers when generating tokens, credits that have already been consumed by API requests are non-refundable.
2. Unused Credit Batches
If you have unspent prepaid credits and request a refund within 14 days of deposit, you may be eligible for a refund of the unused balance minus any applicable payment processing fees. To request a refund, please contact support@flexlora.com.
3. bKash Manual Deposits
For transactions conducted via bKash, approved refunds will be remitted back to the originating bKash phone number within 3 to 5 business days after administrative review.
4. System Downtime Credits
In the rare event that Flexlora routing infrastructure experiences an outage exceeding our service availability SLA, affected accounts will be compensated with developer service credits.
