Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Flexlora ("the Service"), including our edge API gateways, routing infrastructure, customer consoles, and developer tooling, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. API Keys & Security

You are solely responsible for safeguarding any API keys generated through the Flexlora console. You agree not to disclose your secret keys to any third party and acknowledge that all API activity authenticated by your keys is attributed to your account.

3. Usage & Fair Access

You agree not to use Flexlora for unlawful activities, unauthorized penetration testing, distributed denial of service attacks, or any behavior that violates the acceptable use policies of our upstream foundation model providers.

4. Third-Party Upstream Processing & Subprocessors

To deliver artificial intelligence inference capabilities, Flexlora transmits your API request payloads (including system instructions, prompt contents, context data, and parameters) to vetted third-party upstream inference providers and model infrastructure subprocessors. By utilizing the Service, you explicitly acknowledge and authorize Flexlora to route and process your data through these third-party upstream providers solely as necessary to generate completions and return API responses.

5. Dynamic Model Routing

Flexlora employs an edge routing architecture designed to balance upstream quota utilization. We may change the model or provider behind a Flexlora model name at any time. While Flexlora maintains functional compatibility within the requested capability class (such as flexlora:fast or flexlora:smart), the gateway may transparently route requests across healthy provider keys or alternative upstream model engines during upstream rate limits, outages, or quota constraints.

6. Prepaid Credits & Validity

Flexlora operates a prepaid credit model. Credits purchased under the 6-Month Standard package expire 180 days from the date of purchase. Credits purchased under the 1-Year Extended package expire 365 days from the date of purchase. Credits are consumed on a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) basis.

7. Service Availability & Edge SLA

Flexlora deploys redundant edge proxies to maintain high gateway availability. However, we are not liable for upstream model outages or latency fluctuations caused by third-party cloud infrastructures.
